Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments accurately, ensure proper authorization, and record all transactions in daily reports.
  • Greet customers and handle incoming calls with professionalism and a customer‑first attitude.

  • Address customer questions and concerns using the dealership CRM, phone, text, and email.
  • Document and track customer issues through resolution, escalating to management when appropriate.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls to support a positive Nissan customer experience.
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to resolve customer needs efficiently.
  • Build trust with customers by proactively identifying and supporting their service needs.
  • Maintain familiarity with Nissan customer satisfaction standards
