Customer Service Representative

The City of Gardner is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative. Under the supervision of the Business Services Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting the public with inquiries, registrations, and payments received both in person, by telephone and e-mail. High school diploma, GED or equivalent. One to two years of experience in a related field. Requires the possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Hours M-F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with Wednesday evenings as required. Application Deadline: Open Until Filled.
