  • Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
  • Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
