The responsibility of the Assistant Manager is to lead, develop, and support a customer- focused atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence in the restaurant. This includes:

  • Assisting the GM in selection, guidance, training, and performance management of Team Members.
  • Demonstrating the ability to lead a team in a fast paced work environment.
  • Responsible management of restaurantโ€™s P&L statement.
  • Executing training and marketing programs.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. An Assistant Manager's responsibilities are to supervise and train team members, maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements.


Qualifications
