What are Co Op Managers?

Co Op Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cooperative business, such as a grocery store, housing co-op, or credit union. They manage staff, handle budgeting and finances, ensure customer satisfaction, and work with the cooperative's board of directors to uphold its mission and values. Co Op Managers also develop business strategies, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster a sense of community among members. Their role is essential to ensuring the cooperative operates smoothly and meets the needs of its members.
