Are you passionate about hospitality, leadership, and authentic Italian cuisine?

Arancino Ristorante Italiano, proudly voted "Best Italian Restaurant in Hawaii" by Honolulu Magazine's Hale 'Aina Awards for over a decade, is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team in Honolulu.

With three exceptional locations - two in Waikiki and one inside the prestigious Kahala Hotel & Resort - Arancino has been a pillar of Italian culinary excellence in Hawaii since 1996. We combine time-honored Italian traditions with the spirit of aloha, using the finest imported ingredients from Italy alongside fresh, locally sourced products.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team motivation.
  • Uphold and ensure excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Manage and optimize controllable costs including labor and inventory.

  • Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Experience in casual-upscale or upscale dining preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with cost controls, labor management, and guest recovery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Balanced schedule - 5-day workweek, 10 hours shifts.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Annual merit-based performance evaluations.
  • Paid parking and uniform/cell phone reimbursement.
  • Paid vacation and sick days with unused time rollover.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and drug coverage.
  • Simple IRA with 3% company match after 1 year of employment.
  • Career growth opportunities within a respected local restaurant group.

At Arancino, we're more than a restaurant - we're a family that takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and team members alike. If you're a motivated hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

Voted 'Best Italian Restaurant in Hawaii' by Honolulu Magazine Hale 'Aina Awards 10 years running - showcases classic Italian dishes with a modern twist featuring the finest ingredients imported from Italy and fresh locally sourced products from Hawaii. We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel.
