SFIZIO Italian Kitchen is hiring for our Casual and Fun, upscale Italian restaurant. We are looking for passionate people who care about people and high-quality service. We are looking for seasoned leaders and team members who want to show our guests a dining experience that leaves them coming back for more.
Server Assistant Needed for BUSY new Fun and Casual high volume upscale Italian Restaurant, Tatum & Deer Valley.

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression.
  • You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their.
  • You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant.
  • You will assist various restaurant staff at the manager's discretion when necessary.
  • Greeting guests as they enter, putting them on a waiting list as necessary, with menus and answering any initial questions.
  • Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
