Centonove is looking for a General Manager of a successful and top-rated, family-owned Italian restaurant in the heart of Los Gatos!

Centonove is an upscale, Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos—a gathering place for guests to relax, enjoy the food and drink of Italy, while they connect with friends and family. Our lunch and dinner menu offers traditional handmade pastas, gourmet pizzas and an extensive Italian wine menu—as well as Italian beers and traditional cocktails.
 
We are seeking candidates who take pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that represents classic Italian (and Los Gatos) hospitality. The ideal candidate has extensive restaurant General Management experience, enjoys engaging with guests, leading and building businesses. You should expect to build teams and create an atmosphere that will impress our loyal locals and first-time visitors. Thorough understanding of P&L management, building and supporting FOH/BOH and quality controls are a must. Most importantly, you are honest, reliable and committed to representing our Centonove family.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience and understanding of restaurant general management, including daily operations, labor/scheduling, ownership and delivery of your P & L, hiring and training, health and safety
