Arancino Ristorante Italiano, proudly voted "Best Italian Restaurant in Hawaii" by Honolulu Magazine's Hale 'Aina Awards for over a decade, is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team in Honolulu.
With three exceptional locations - two in Waikiki and one inside the prestigious Kahala Hotel & Resort - Arancino has been a pillar of Italian culinary excellence in Hawaii since 1996. We combine time-honored Italian traditions with the spirit of aloha, using the finest imported ingredients from Italy alongside fresh, locally sourced products.
What You'll Do- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team motivation.
- Uphold and ensure excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Manage and optimize controllable costs including labor and inventory.
- Implement strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Set the standard by modeling professionalism and Arancino's company values.
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Experience in casual-upscale or upscale dining preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with cost controls, labor management, and guest recovery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Balanced schedule - 5-day workweek, 10 hours shifts.
