DonMarko Pizza & Pasta is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Monitor inventory and place supply orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
