DUNKIN' DONUTS ASSISTANT MANAGERS - FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available.
Assistant Managers must have experience with high volume operations when they are on duty, from supervising staff to ensuring happy customers and product quality. Assistant Managers support the Restaurant Manager and work together closely on strategic planning, staffing and marketing for their location.


Requirements for the Assistant Manager position include:
Provide our customers with great service
Positive attitude
Coaching Shift Leaders and Crew Members
Ensure the maintenance of store cleanliness
Ensure food safety procedures
Assist in recruitment, hiring, training and developing employees
Hold team accountable
Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
Manage and uphold cash policy and procedures
2 years management experience
At least 18 years of age
Solid management skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable transportation
Attendance and punctuality is a must
