Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager to grow and strengthen our existing customer partnerships while uncovering new opportunities within an established territory. This isn't your typical sales role—there's no cold calling and no travel. Instead, you'll focus on developing and retaining accounts, understanding customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right solutions, and helping customers get the most value from their safety program

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by building strong relationships, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring customers receive ongoing support throughout the partnership.
- Partner with customers to identify workplace safety challenges and develop customized solutions that address specific applications, hazards, and operational goals.
- Generate and manage quotes, proposals, and project documentation while ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Prospect and engage with warm leads, referrals, and existing opportunities to uncover new business potential and expand territory growth.
- Review safety assessments, technical reports, and facility requirements with customers to provide informed recommendations and help improve their safety programs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development to support custom product solutions, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct customer meetings and solution presentations to educate clients on product capabilities and the value of implementing effective safety solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of industrial and/or technical sales experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and translate technical details into customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General engineering knowledge and understanding of technical concepts.
