Position Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-today operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Responsibilities:
● Manage office administrative tasks including answering phones, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
● Assist in maintaining office supplies
● Support HR functions including onboarding new hires and managing employee records.
● Assist accounts receivable, with recording payments and closing contracts
● Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
● Assist with Customer Service roles & responsibilities.
● Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
