Part Time Office Manager
Join our client as a Part-Time Office Manager and become a vital part of a dynamic, fast-paced organization committed to fostering a professional and welcoming environment. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the Boston office, ensuring that daily functions run efficiently while supporting the team with exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create an engaging workplace experience, making a tangible impact on company culture and operational success.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
25-30 hours/week
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office operations, ensuring a seamless daily workflow.
  • Cultivate a professional and inviting atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients alike.
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers to manage maintenance, repairs, and office enhancements.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT support to organize technology setups, troubleshoot issues, and maintain inventory.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and oversee operational expenses.
  • Organize and execute office events, team gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal communications and administrative projects to bolster team connectivity and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with leadership and staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting onboarding, event planning, or workplace initiatives is preferred.
