Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Looking for part-time work with long-term potential? A.R. Mazzotta is hiring for a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity in the Deep River area with a professional, team-oriented office.

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable individual who can manage administrative tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. This role supports daily office operations and requires someone comfortable working independently while handling sensitive client information and documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Scan and organize documents 
  • Provide administrative and compliance support 
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities 
  • Perform filing, data entry, and general office support 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation 
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively 
Requirements:
  • Strong computer and administrative skills 
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • AP/AR experience is a plus 
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-time
