Job description

GuidePoint Security is looking for a Part Time Office Manager to provide operational support and ensure the North Central office runs smoothly.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and managing calendars and schedules ย 
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment and maintain proper stock levels
  • Review and distribute mail to team
  • Assist with the coordination of executive travel
  • Keep office environment clean
  • Coordinate facility requests from the building management
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)
  • Support regional marketing team with execution as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirementsย 

  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong/high proficiency in MAC OS and a high technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency
