Louie Bossi’s Ristorante is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our management team in Fort Lauderdale. This is an opportunity to lead within one of South Florida’s premier dining destinations, known for its scratch-made Italian cuisine, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting daily restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily Front of House operations
  • Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Drive service standards and maintain a strong floor presence during peak business periods
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Manage and support restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with all sanitation, safety, and company standards
  • Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership success in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts as business needs require
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Wine knowledge is a plus
