Job description

The Phoenix Organization runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants. We are currently hiring Managers for multiple restaurants in the area! As a restaurant manager, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service. If you are the leader that others want to follow and you enjoy satisfying customer needs by delivering a high quality product and experience in a fast-paced food service environment we want to meet you. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the operations and restaurant staff
  • Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
  • Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
  • Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,
  • The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
