Job Summary
The Busperson - Fine Dining is responsible for providing exceptional support to the service team in our upscale dining establishment, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role involves maintaining a pristine dining environment and assisting servers with various tasks.
Job Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other condiments as needed, anticipating guest needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
Polishing silverware, glassware, and china to ensure readiness for service.
Assist with stocking and restocking supplies for service, including linens, silverware, and glassware.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the fine dining experience.
Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, especially in fine dining.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
