Ideal Prerequisites:

  • Has worked in Michelin-recognized, Forbes-rated, AAA Four Diamond/Five Diamond, luxury hotel, or chef-driven restaurants
  • Italian cuisine knowledge preferred
  • Wine-focused environment
  • Possesses advanced wine knowledge (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent experience is a plus)
  • Understands sequence of service, wine presentation, and elevated guest engagement

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating repeat clientele
  • Ability to carry multiple tables while maintaining precise service standards
