Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining)

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead service in a refined, high-end dining environment focused on hospitality, precision, and memorable guest experiences.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands that fine dining is about consistency, timing, presence, and detailnot just service.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead nightly front-of-house service with confidence and control
  • Maintain exceptional guest experience standards from arrival to departure
  • Train, coach, and develop service staff to fine dining expectations
  • Oversee floor flow, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen
  • Manage reservations, seating strategy, and guest relations
  • Support labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Uphold standards for wine, cocktails, and service presentation
  • Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism

  • Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant management experience required
  • Strong leadership presencecalm, composed, and authoritative under pressure
