Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the FOH of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both casual dining environments, with experiene in events and marketing. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food production.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the Fine Dining Restaurant
  • Experience with Events
  • New Restaurant Opening Experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience in inventory control and budgeting is essential.
  • Previous experience in both Fine Dining and Upscale dining settings is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
