As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day front-of-the-house operations. Your role involves creating and thriving in a positive and team-oriented environment. Fundamental knowledge of wine and exceptional service is essential. As a Restaurant Manager, you must possess a commanding presence and actively engage with our guests. Daily activities include coaching and training staff, as well as utilizing exceptional administrative skills and a comprehensive understanding of all restaurant operations.
