Job description

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team.

We are a small family owned Peruvian restaurant, bilinguals (some Spanish/ some English) are preferred due to the nature of our menu. Experience in sauteing, handling of deep fryer and prep it's a must.  You must be clean, organized, fast and have the right attitude. Experience in Peruvian cuisine is not necessary as long as you have the skills mentioned before, we will train you. 

We offer the following set schedule to start (some changes may occur due to holidays, higher reservation volume, increased sales):

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3pm to 8pm

Friday 3pm to 9pm

Saturday 10:30 am to 4pm

Sunday and Monday OFF.

Please add some extra time for cleaning and closing.
