Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our dynamic team in East Chicago, IN! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:

  1. LIHTC recertifications.
  2. Leasing and processing applications.
  3. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.
  4. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
  5. General office administration.
  6. Specific site administration.
  7. Tenant/landlord relations.

This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.
