Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: Supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations

including but not limited to scheduling, recruiting, inventory management, daily reporting,

financial processes, enforcing safety and sanitation procedures as well as company policies and

expectations. Assistant managers lead the development of future managers and coach team

members to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy.

Essential Functions:

• Supports General Manager in all areas of operation.

• Effectively runs shifts ensuring quality product and prompt service.

• Constantly monitors and coaches’ team on safety and sanitation best practices.

• Monitors portion control and actively coaches to reduce food waste.

• Consistently maintains excellence in guest relations and includes prompt follow up on guest comments or concerns.

• Actively coach and develop team members for new stations.

• Lead by example, act with integrity and demonstrate positive and effective role modeling.

• Perform restaurant tours, opening and closing procedures effectively.

• Ensures equipment is effectively maintained and repaired.

• Enforce unform and hygiene expectations.

• Recruit and hire new Team Members.

• Document team member incidents appropriately and promptly.

• Write a schedule to meet labor expectations based on sales projections.

• Run shift and modify deployment to meet labor goals and break expectations.

• Complete inventory process and investigate food variance for opportunities to improve.

• Take ownership in community relationships.
