Join our dynamic team at 4Speed On 50 LLC as an Assistant Kitchen Manager! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining our high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food preparation meets safety and quality standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on best practices.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement and maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
  • Monitor food costs and help maintain budgetary goals.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in scheduling staff shifts.
Requirements:
