Inizio Evoke Comms is a global, award-winning health communications agency partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, consumer, and non-profit clients to deliver insights-driven public relations, policy, and communications programs that advance health and wellbeing worldwide.

We're looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and help deliver impactful healthcare communications programmes for a range of clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is passionate about improving lives through health innovation.

Role Overview

As an Account Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day client programmes, manage project delivery, and support strategic communications initiatives across healthcare and corporate accounts. You'll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business growth opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

ย Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Develop high-quality communications materials including press releases, social content, reports, presentations, and client updates
  • Support strategic planning and implementation across integrated communications programmes
  • Contribute to new business activity including proposals, presentations, and research
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members and help foster a collaborative team culture
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to client recommendations and programme development

ย Skills & Experience

  • 6-8 years' experience in communications, PR, healthcare marketing, or a related field
  • Agency and/or healthcare communications experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes
  • Confident presenter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, healthcare/science, or related discipline preferred
