We are seeking a dependable and mechanically skilled Shop Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the disassembly and preparation of industrial equipment for refurbishment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, punctual, and able to communicate clearly within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical disassembly of industrial equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare equipment for refurbishment, including:
- Sanding
- Blasting
- Masking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues that arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Mechanical experience with hand tools and power tools (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.
