Job description

Company Description

On the day Fallon opened its doors without a single client, it did so under the headline, "A new advertising agency for companies that would rather outsmart the competition than outspend them."

More than 40 years later, and this mantra is unwavering. We are a creatively-led agency who pinned our public reputation on our commitment to smarts.

Smart brands create something of value in the world: entertainment value, social value, and belief value. Smart brands are additive to peoples' lives and to culture. They help build ideas in the world, and they leave something behind.

Overview

At Fallon, creativity isn't just what we do - it's who we are. We're searching for a Minneapolis-based Account Supervisor who leads with curiosity, inspires collaboration, and brings sharp strategic thinking to bold, culture-shaping ideas.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams through the creation of fully integrated campaigns that connect across brand, retail, digital, social, and influencer touchpoints. You'll help translate market insights into strategic plans, ensuring the work not only meets business goals but also pushes creative boundaries.

As the day-to-day lead, you'll manage the details without losing sight of the big picture - driving smart, efficient solutions while fostering a team culture where ideas thrive and people feel empowered to do their best work.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with 4-5+ years of agency experience, proven success leading integrated campaigns, and a genuine passion for creative excellence. QSR experience is a plus, but not required.

If you're the kind of Account Supervisor who sees opportunity in every brief and energy in every brainstorm - let's talk.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Senior Account Director

Direct reports: Account Manager
