What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to various situations

  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and safety protocols

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely and promote safety initiatives within the team
  • Prior experience with production KPIs and SOP development
  • Technical aptitude for equipment maintenance and process improvements
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable
