Persons Services Corp. is a specialty contracting and construction management firm based in Mobile, Alabama, with five other offices across the United States. Our core competencies include Construction, Facilities Maintenance & Management, Mechanical & Process Piping, Steel & Pipe Fabrication, Civil, Utilities & Infrastructure, Plumbing & Industrial Services and Disaster Management and Recovery. The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with our Business Development team and each division.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations
• Coordinate the proposal response process by working with team members, managing deadlines, and ensuring adherence to proposal requirements
• Develop and maintain proposal content, keeping it up-to-date and ensuring its accuracy.
• Maintain the contract database, storage of executed contracts and oversight of the contract routing and review process.

• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work
• Experience in proposal development, with knowledge of RFP and RFQ processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business or Communications, is preferred
• Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
