Job Description

iCallidus is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual is responsible for performing day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations including organizing, directing, coordinating, planning, and production of all contract support activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients daily to ensure that all 
needs are understood and addressed.
• Build strong client relationships to maintain existing business and
acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they
fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolve complaints and monitor all processes that pertain to the
client’s desires.
• Act as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are
met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Collect and analyze industry data to understand behavior and
changing needs.
• Oversee the development of programs that support an
organization’s objectives.
• Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
• Devise new programs that support the organization’s objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans
for the programs.
• Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses to
enhance the processes to meeting the client's mission.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of federal government contracting program
management and project coordination experience.
• Candidates from the D.C. Metropolitan area highly desirable.
• Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or
needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate
product ideas to clients.
• Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s needs and behaviors.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with
different types of customers and clients.
• Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data.
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks
and clients at once.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Experience in a leadership or management role.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either business or
management is required. 
• Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills to provide
strategic data interpretation, rather than simple reporting.
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in
management decision-making.

Personal Attributes:
The Project Coordinator should have an analytical mind, should work with
minimal supervision and should have a critical eye for details. Must have
effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to
display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of iCallidus
staff and the public. Moreover, he or she should be someone who can work with 
short deadlines. Must be proficient with use of computers such as
Microsoft Office.
