Position Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning and event operations at our office. The Assistant Project Coordinator will support project managers and operational teams with scheduling, logistics coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks related to company events and internal projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and task coordination
  • Support communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking systems
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and operational activities
