Job Description
Independently manages basic projects and assists the Project Management Director on larger projects. Identifies,researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email,
and personal requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors project
tickets to ensure timely and satisfactory completion. Dispatches the appropriate technician to the
customer site.
  • Provides top notch customer service
  • Interfaces directly with sales and customer
    contacts to schedule, monitor and track projects
  • Dispatches technicians internally or nationwide
    for service work
  • Opens and manages tickets in ConnectWise
    software
  • Tracks services tickets from beginning to the
    end of the project
  • Assist with billing and make calls on past due
    vendor invoices.
  • Assist with maintaining vendor records for
    insurance and agreements.
  • Provide after hours on-call customer support
    when assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience a must
  • Ability to stay calm when resolving customer
    issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent follow up and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    required
  • Time management skills and ability to handle
    multiple tasks
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers
