Job Description Job Description Breakthrough Resource Management is hiring an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support active commercial multifamily plumbing construction projects throughout Colorado. This is a full-time position supporting active commercial construction operations in Colorado. Candidates must reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate and must be able to commute to the Frederick, CO office as needed while supporting active jobsites throughout Colorado.

We are seeking a detail-oriented construction professional with experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably within plumbing, MEP, or multifamily construction environments. Responsibilities Manage construction project workflows and documentation using Procore Review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, notices, and project documentation Support project scheduling, coordination, and communication with General Contractors Assist with billing support, subcontract administration, and project closeout Document delays, extra work, field issues, and project impacts Maintain organized project records across multiple active commercial construction projects Support Project Managers with day-to-day construction operations and coordination Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project support, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Coordinator roles Experience using Procore or similar construction management software to manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, meeting notes, project logs, and construction project documentation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment Ability to travel regularly to jobsites throughout Southwest Florida Preferred Qualifications Commercial plumbing subcontractor experience MEP construction experience Multifamily construction experience Bluebeam experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Educational assistance program To Apply Please submit your resume and complete all pre-screening questions.
