Rhoden Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team; the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. Must be at least 21 years old to operate any company vehicles; must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to be eligible for hire.

The Project Sales Coordinator's primary mission is to effectively communicate the benefits and values of our services to prospective clients, illustrating why they are superior to those offered by our competitors. The Project Coordinators will secure an approved proposal that requires deposits, prepare instructions for the Production Team, and collect final payments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and updates.
  • Communicate project progress including to management and clients
  • Maintain project records, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and permits.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, costs, and any potential risks.
  • Work with site supervisors to conduct inspections and quality control checks.
  • Address any issues or deficiencies to maintain high-quality roofing standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and address any delays or obstacles.
  • Track project expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for the company without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of how projects align with business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Valid driver’s license (clean record)
