This role is pivotal in managing construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and exceeding client expectations. The Luxury Residential Project Manager will handle contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and all facets of contract management. You will be the cornerstone of communication between clients, developers, and subcontractors while working to maintain our legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Management: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and monitor RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs using ProCore.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and on-site staff.
  • Cost Control: Manage project budgets and provide detailed cost estimations.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with owners and developers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Site Coordination: Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify construction challenges and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress and changes.

Physical Abilities and Site Conditions:

  • Must use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
  • Requires sitting, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
  • Work outdoors on construction job sites in all types of weather conditions.
  • Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Available for emergency or on-call duties on nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and custom+- home building with 3+ years in project management roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook).
  • Certifications:
    • OSHA 10
    • Must have a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record and able to pass a background check.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
