Rust Construction is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the production team across multiple residential remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into project management and has the organization, communication, and computer skills needed to help keep projects on track.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination
  • Track project details, documentation, communications, and follow-up items
  • Coordinate with internal team members, vendors, trade partners, and clients
  • Prepare and organize written project updates, notes, and records
  • Support scheduling, selections, project documentation, and administrative workflows
  • Help keep production information accurate and accessible
