Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 and also Charlotte, NC 28202
Position Type: Hybrid -- 3 days/week
Duration: 3 Months (Contract), possible extension
Hours: 8am to 5pm CST
Flexible (~9am-5pm local time)
Parking - Parking is not free. There are some less expensive options in walking distance of the building, also with a fee. Contractor will need to pay for parking or take public transportation
Interviews - 2 interviews via Teams; candidate expected to be on camera
FTE Conversion is possible.
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate, and displays behaviors and attitudes consistent with Purpose and Core Values.
This role supports Operations recruiting, specifically our Contact Centers (call-center environments, high-volume, and class based hiring). We hire multiple classes at a time and have on-going recruitment needs. These roles are entry-level remote roles that require strong soft skills (high level of empathy, service and support - customer experience), professionalism, and are very fast-paced (servicing 80-100 calls a day).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of recruiting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Effective project management skills
Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
Class hiring and high-volume experience preferred
Workday recruiting experience preferred
Phenom ATS experience preferred
