Job Description Summary:
Seeking an accomplished Senior Program/Project Manager with strong strategic and enterprise project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our business initiatives. This individual will manage large-scale enterprise business/technical enablement projects. Directs the overall work efforts of a project team. Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals and objectives for complex large sized initiatives scaling multi-year. Manages programs/projects from initial concept through post-implementation, including multiple implementation cycles. Sufficient level of background to provide highly credible leadership to teams and to be able to develop strategies and solutions of high business value, accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
This role will focus on driving execution and progress on key workstreams with executive stakeholder engagement and buy-in, in line with overall Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and desired consumer and merchant experience for a Minimum Viable Proposition (MVP) and target state design in our focus segments.
Job Responsibilities
- Plans and controls multiple related projects with complex dependencies and shared resources and trains others in the use of planning tools. Applies knowledge by managing project, workstream and related activities while working with business leaders to shape and manage project scope, drive implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes.
- Develops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, render assistance to remove roadblocks and successfully implement technology projects using Agile framework.
- Ensures project governance is established and observed. Constructs program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks.
- Escalates issues and risks to appropriate level.
- Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities.
- Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders, including executive leadership. Communicates difficult and/or complex ideas and presents the appropriate message to senior executives.

- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
