Location: Lakeland/Winter Haven - Polk County, FL
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,000 - $63,000+ per year (based on experience)
About the Role
Anti-Pesto is seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Start Technician to join our growing team in the Winter Haven/Auburndale area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong desire to start a career in the pest control industry. Candidates must possess a strong work history and demonstrated work ethic who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
  • Safely and accurately apply pesticides and pest control solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and materials used
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure company vehicle and equipment are clean, maintained, and fully stocked

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
