Title: 514-1 - HR Data & Reporting Analyst - Automotive


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support a fast-paced HR organization through data analysis, dashboard management, and workforce reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, improving processes, and supporting business decisions through meaningful HR insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Excel, reporting tools, and HR-related analytics, along with the ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update HR dashboards, KPI reports, and workforce analytics
  • Track and report hiring metrics, headcount, training, overtime, and performance management data
  • Collect, analyze, validate, and present HR data from multiple systems and sources
  • Identify data inconsistencies, reporting issues, and process gaps while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Support HR reporting requests, leadership presentations, and ad hoc analysis
  • Partner with HR and business teams to improve reporting processes and data visibility
  • Create meaningful visualizations and reports that simplify complex data for leadership teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems, reporting, and analytics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, HRIS reporting, or business/data analytics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, slicers, and data analysis functions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, Cognos, Workday, HRIS systems, or similar reporting/dashboard tools
  • Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting presentations
  • Exposure to HR metrics, workforce planning, or talent analytics
  • Process improvement or project coordination experience
