Job description

The Medical Receptionist will serve as the frontline contact for patients at a private practice, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective scheduling, check-in, and communication. This role demands proficiency in office and electronic health record (EHR) software while working closely within a small team. The position requires flexibility to cover standard business hours as well as evening and weekend shifts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient patient flow without involvement in billing or insurance claims.
