WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen, leading with passion and precision. You’ll:

  • Craft schedules and manage labor budgets to keep the kitchen humming efficiently.

  • Keep stock levels on point, rotating products and maintaining quality.
