About Us

We’re looking for a creative, organized, well-spoken, and proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position plays a key role in supporting our recruiting initiatives through candidate engagement, interview scheduling, conducting live interviews, reviewing video interviews, and providing administrative recruiting support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys talking with people and bringing the job they are applying for to life. You’ll work closely with our Recruiting team to maintain consistent hiring standards and ensure we bring only the highest quality candidates through the interview process and into our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with candidates before and throughout the interview process to increase candidate conversion and participation
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting calendars
  • Conduct first-round interviews with candidates
  • Evaluate video interviews through our online recruiting platform
  • Provide administrative recruiting support, including tracking candidate progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with recruiting campaign reporting, tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
  • Experience with VidCruiter is highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with recruiting platforms such as Indeed is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
