- Hands-on experience with program governance, resource planning, and budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PMP certification preferred).
