The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. This position supports front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow in a busy medical office.
Greet and check in patients; manage front desk operations
Schedule appointments and coordinate complex calendars
Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
Manage patient flow and support providers and clinical staff
Handle medical records and sensitive patient information
Provide administrative support as needed
Schedule Requirement: Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation required
