Job Description
Account Executives
North Star Staffing Solutions, Inc. is looking to add 5 Account Executives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Initiate and qualify leads in B2B /C2C environment
- Identify and understand our solutions and how they align with potential clients and their needs
- Ability to provide consistent and professional follow up, communication and presentations skills
- Execute full life cycle solution selling strategy to deliver happy clients on a regular basis
- Offer our staffing services starting at $4 per hour.
- Meet or exceed all activity goals in order to deliver results

- Hunter personality with consultative selling style and solid, consistent track record of closing
-Need the Cold Call Cowboy to make an impact on our team
- Problem solving skills in order to envision solutions for the client and determine if our solutions will meet or exceed their needs, now or in the future
- Excellent presentation, writing and organizational skills with confident, professional image; detail oriented, positive attitude
- Ability to find and develop leads to build pipeline
- Ability to accurately project monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Must have a coachable mentality
- Driven to exceed sales goals and annual quota
- Self reliant team player
