Project Overview
Content Studio's Strategic Operations & Program Management (SO&PM) team sits within the Communications & Public Affairs organization and serves as the operational backbone of Content Studio. The team drives clarity, speed, and efficiency across Content Studio by leading strategic planning, program management for large-scale initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
We are seeking a Contract Program Manager to support our Program Management function. This role will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs - partnering cross-functionally with creative strategists, social teams, communications leads, and external agency partners. This person will be critical in maintaining flawless execution across high-priority initiatives spanning flagship events, product launches, policy campaigns, and organizational programs.
Overall Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns across Content Studio (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns), including developing project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules Coordinate across creative, social, comms, and PA teams to align workstreams, manage dependencies, lead status meetings, and track deliverables - flagging risks early and driving resolution of blockers
  • Support strategic planning processes including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and the development and socialization of organizational processes
  • Build and refine operational processes, templates, and frameworks that scale across Content Studio, including support for tool migrations, workflow documentation, and knowledge management
  • Partner with external agency teams and vendors on deliverable alignment and timelines, and support the expansion of centralized program management capabilities across the Comms & PA organization

Mandatory Skills
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Comms and traditional - social and editorial teams (Marketing) Understanding the organic side of marketing

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr - USD $75.00/Hr.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
