Hour Consulting Corporation is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping us source fantastic talent for our clients. You should have the vision to provide superior customer service to our clients and approach recruitment with a deep dive understanding of Hour candidates. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned positions, from supporting the development of job descriptions to candidate searches, screening and interviewing. You will play an important role in working closely with Hourcandidates, building relationships, and understanding their skills and career goals to provide them a great experience and place them with the right positions and employers.
We are looking for talent acquisition specialists with a passion in recruitment.

What you will be doing

  • Take on job requisitions and deliver the best candidates
  • Shortlist, screen and conduct first-round interviews and create notes based on the conversation
  • Update candidate information in our database, manage interivew details in our CRM.
  • Manage the whole recruitment life cycle for assigned open positions- from creating job descriptions to find the right candidate
  • Maintain candidate database and meticulously follow procedures/documentation
  • Assist in the development of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies.
  • Support social media recruitment campaigns

Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven success in identifying, attracting and selecting top talent.
  • Experience with Boolean Searches
  • Expertise in the latest recruitment trends and alternative sourcing methods to identify passive candidates for complete cycle recruiting.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Vital organizational and management skills
  • Passion for recruitment and talent management
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to multiask
  • Previous technical recruitment expeirence is a bonus
